2. SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are proud to offer FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING on orders over $69* within the contiguous United States (based on the actual cart value after discounts).

• Order Processing: Orders typically ship the same business day or the next business day. If your order is placed before 11:00 AM EST (Mon-Fri), it will often ship the same day.

• Tracking: Once your order departs from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a direct link to your tracking details.

• Business Days: All shipping estimates are provided in business days and do not include weekends or public holidays.

• Parcel Forwarding: Please note that Adamloven™ (Nexlify Global LLC) is not liable for damage, defect, or loss that occurs to orders once they are delivered to a third-party parcel forwarding service.

• Economy Shipping: FREE on orders over $69. Estimated delivery in 4-6 business days (excludes HI, AK, PR, GU).

• Standard Shipping: $6.99 | Estimated delivery in 2-5 business days.

• Expedited Shipping: $9.99 | Estimated delivery in 1-3 business days.

4. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We provide global fulfillment services through reliable international carriers:

• Standard International: $19.99 | Estimated delivery in 7-14 Business Days.

  • This rate applies to standard parcels weighing up to 1KG (2.2 lbs).

• FREE International Shipping: Available on orders over $150 (Valid for parcels weighing up to 1KG).

• Overweight Parcels: For orders exceeding 1KG (2.2 lbs), we may contact you regarding additional shipping surcharges or split your order into multiple shipments.

• Customs & Duties: The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes and customs duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. TAXES

• Tax Calculation: Sales tax is calculated based on the delivery address and current state/local tax laws. Where required by law, tax is also applied to shipping and handling charges.

• Refunds & Taxes: If you return an item for a qualified refund, the refund will include the sales tax paid for that specific item. Taxes paid on shipping and service fees are non-refundable.
