Returning Promotional Items
If a product received as part of a promo has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it within the 90-day warranty period. For full refunds, all items in the promotional bundle must be returned in their original, sealed condition. If you wish to keep a promotional gift, we will simply deduct its retail value from your refund. Transparent and fair—that’s how we do business.
Parcel Forwarding Services
To ensure your privacy and product integrity, Adamloven™ is responsible for your order until it reaches the initial delivery address. We cannot be liable for any damage or loss that occurs once a package is handled by a third-party parcel forwarding company. Shipments to these services are at the customer's risk.
